Family Ski Weekend at the Inn at Stockbridge

We've just enjoyed the company of our recent guests, Joe, Sr., Carey and Joe, Jr.Persico.

Joe, Sr. and Carey met at a friend's party almost 20 years ago and Joe retired in 2005 from the NYPD. He remembers working the morning of 9/11 in 2001 and saw the second plane hit the second tower of the World Trade Center. One of his most rewarding jobs was working as a youth officer for a Catholic High School making sure the kids at school were safe from nearby gang related activities.

Carey currently works at Bath & Body Works in Plainview, NY. A few years ago when Jane Pauley had her own T.V. show, Carey was one of the featured guests to have a make-over and continues her stylish look to this day! One of Carey's favorite BBW products is the Chapped Hand Cleaner by C.O. Bigelow, which are featured products at all Bath & Body Works locations. C.O. Bigelow is America's oldest apothecary and was founded in 1838. The oldest location is nestled in the heart of New York's Greenwich Village. Famous and historical individuals like Eleanor Roosevelt, Mark Twain and Thomas Edison have all entered the doors of this prominent apothecary store for their personal care needs.
Joe and Carey's handsome 17 year old son, Joe, Jr., is a senior at Massapequa High School and is the president of the Key Club. He volunteers with his mom at their church and is looking to go to college for chemical or civil engineering.

Joe and Carey found out about the Inn at Stockbridge by visiting the Butternut Ski Resort website and were attracted to our location, conveniently located right off Route 7. We're so happy they made the Inn at Stockbridge their family weekend getaway and look forward to welcoming them back!
